Do I add this to my coffee?
No — the capsule is designed to be taken as a standalone shot. Run it through your Nespresso machine on its own with 25–40ml of water and drink it separately. This preserves the formula and the intended flavour.

When is the best time to take CURE?
After a workout, to help replenish minerals and support muscle recovery. Or before bed — the Magnesium in CURE has relaxing properties that support rest and sleep quality. Avoid taking it in the morning if you are also taking BOOST, to keep the energy and recovery functions distinct.

Will CURE make me feel sleepy?
No. CURE supports relaxation and recovery — it does not act as a sedative. It may improve sleep quality over time, but does not cause drowsiness when taken during the day.
