We strive to ensure the best customer experience with Cherateli products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return and refund options:
Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or used skincare or cosmetic products.
Return Process
- Contact us at contact@cherateli.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Upon approval, you will receive instructions on where to send the product(s).
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged upon receipt.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
